  • What does custom order mean?
    Custom order gowns are made to your specific size and style.
  • What is your return policy on custom ordered dresses?
    Custom Made Gowns are made special for each Bride and our policy strictly prohibits returns or exchanges of any kind due to the personalized nature of the gowns. You have 24 hours to cancel your custom order after which there will be no refunds. Please note we are not responsible for replacing dresses due to incorrect sizing or color. We will use your measurements to make your dress. Fabrics are dyed and we cannot guarantee an exact color match from the online swatch used to order the dress.
  • When should I place my order for a custom dress?
    Our lead time can vary based on production schedules. Your delivery window is between 4 to 9 months. We advise having your dress completed at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. This will insure that you will have enough time to allow for any alterations needed. Please be advised that lead times are an estimate. Gowns are handmade and may take a little longer than initially expected, especially for intricate designs.
  • Will you take rush orders?
    We do take some rush orders for an additional fee and dependent on our production schedule. All rush orders will require production approval. We can not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a rush order, although we will try our best! Rush order time is normally 4 to 6 months.
  • Do you do alterations?
    No, we do not do alterations, however we have recommendations on where to go. Typically, alterations take anywhere between 1-3 months so please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for any problems incurred during alterations.
  • Can I order over the phone?
    For custom orders, we do allow orders over the phone. Once the order has been placed we will send you necessary forms and authorization signatures that are required to confirm and process the order. We can also assist you over the phone with any questions you may have in regarding our ordering process. Please call 334-593-3847 or 205-538-7689 for assistance. For our sample gowns, please book an appointment to come in and try on our beautiful selection.
  • Do you have a showroom?
    YES! We have two beautiful showrooms in Pleasant Grove AL and Montgomery AL! You can book an appointment with us to come see our beautiful collection of gowns!
  • What is the ordering process?
    For custom gowns, please send us your inspired looks via text or email. We will send you a return message letting you know if we can achieve that inspired look. If that is something we can do, we will set up a consultation by phone with you. This will allow us to discuss your order details. Once the details are done, you will make the payment online and give us authorization to make your dress. We will process the order and start production shortly after. You will receive your new dress within 4-6 months. For sample gowns: Come into the showroom and you can try on our samples. From there, we will take your measurements and payment and then your gown will be ordered. You will receive your new dress within 4-6 months.
  • How do I pick the right size?
    If you come into the showroom, we can take your measurements for you! If you can not come get measured, you can go to a local seamstress or alterations shop and get measure. Send us the measurements and we will order based off those numbers.
  • When do you ship?
    Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, via UPS, FedEX, or DHL. Shipping is free for those in the US.

  • What is the shipping cost?
    The shipping cost will be based on the weight of the package and the delivery location. The weight is calculated and given to you during design consultation, before the order is placed.
  • What happens if I miss my package?
    If you miss your package, the delivery service will make two more attempts. If the package is not delivered to you and returned to us, we will resend it to you. You will incur the shipping cost to resend them. If the package is returned to us again and not claimed by you within 60 days, you will loose all rights to your item(s).
  • Will I receive a notification when my dress has shipped?
    Yes! Once your items have been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email and or text.
  • Can anyone sign for the package?
    The package must have a signature from someone to be delivered.
  • How long does it take to ship?
    Shipping is typically 3 to 10 business days. Two (2) day shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
