Refund policy

  •  We will issue full store credit (not including shipping) for unworn merchandise returned within 7 business days of delivery.

  • If we find any defects on the merchandise, there are signs of wear, odors (perfume, smoke, etc), or if it is outside of the return window, we reserve the right to not accept your return. Any unacceptable returns will be shipped back to you.

  •  All products must be returned in their original packaging with the product tag attached to the dress. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Customers are only allowed one store credit per paid order. For example, items redeemed with the use of store credit are excluded from this policy and are not subject to return. The returns process can take up to 30 days after the returned item is received.

  • This does not apply to Custom Collection dresses which are made-to-order and final sale. Items on sale, robes, accessories, and consultations, are also final sales.
